SHIPPING POLICY
  • We offer free standard shipping service on all orders.

  • Standard insurance shipping will cost $2.99.

  • Express shipping will cost $9.99.

  • Express insurance shipping will cost $12.99.

  • Standard shipping / Standard insurance shipping will take around 10-14 days.

  • Express shipping / Express insurance shipping will take around 4-9 days.

**In order to reduce the shipping cost, we may send the products directly from our supplier(Japan, Korea, UK, US, China, etc), it is normal for you to receive the products partially.**

INSURANCE POLICY

For orders shipped with Insurance, Banananana will cover in full, any physical loss or damage of the goods during transit up to the product value. You may opt for another shipment of the same goods as a replacement or a refund of product value. 

 

Below conditions are required in claming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:

1) You open the claim with us (reported by email or ticket system) within 10 calendar days* after the tracking is sent to you

2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties 

 

*Cases reported to us after 10 calendar days of the tracking provided, we cannot 100% guarantee that courier could open investigation for your parcels’ status. 

 

Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement for damaged good(s):

1) You open the claim with us (reported by email or ticket system) within 48 hours of receipt*, plus providing all photos of the package, including inner and outer box, courier bag, wrapped bubbles and the product photo

2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties 

 

*After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.

 

Insurance bought on order only cover first shipment process. In the case of reshipment, the insurance cannot be applied to the reship order.

Liability of Courier

For orders shipped with the free basic shipping service, courier companies only cover physical loss or damage of goods during transit* subject to the maximum liability specified in the terms and conditions of their service.

 

Such liability will cease once the goods is delivered to the designated destination. Banananana is not responsible for the aforementioned liability or any dispute arisen with regards to the delivery of goods. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to assist you in any event that you need to contact the courier to resolve a matter. 

*If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel, you have to notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.

Cancellation POLICY

You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation request made by the means of submitting a ticket  will be acknowledged.

We do not acknowledge any cancellation requests by other means , i.e. through call and email.

In any event that the goods are packed or dispatched, you may still cancel the order due to change of mind; however an administration fee of EUR10 per item and a return shipping fee will be liable to you and be deducted from your refund.

RETURN POLICY

You may return the goods to us if you find it faulty due to manufacturer fault, or having received wrong or Dead on Arrival (DOA) goods, provided that the request is made within 30 days upon you receiving of the goods. 

 

You may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s):

  1. Goods are purchased from our website (www.banananana.co.uk)

  2. Goods are not working straight out of the box. (DOA)

  3. Goods are not what you have ordered. (Wrong goods)

  4. A request for return notification is submitted  by ticket and received by us within 30 days upon you receiving of the goods.

  5. Goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.

  6. Goods are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)).

  7. Goods must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after we acknowledge your request.

  8. Goods returned are confirmed to be faulty after our inspection.
